I declare that I release the Salmonico company and all persons who have made equipment available to me from all liability concerning injuries, material and/or bodily damage caused or suffered, in the event of theft or loss of property as well as for any other damage, accident or injury during the activity.

 

I agree to use the equipment reasonably and to return it in working order. Failing this, I would agree to compensation in proportion to the damage. I agree to respect the safety rules and all regulations governing the activity, as well as to respect the instructions given to me. (wearing glasses, a hat, distance to be respected, wearing a personal flotation jacket, etc.).

 

I certify that I am insured for my civil liability towards third parties and for any bodily or intangible damage that I may cause them during the activity.

 

I certify that I am not subject to any medical contraindication that would prevent me from practicing the activity.

 

Minor children under 18 years of age participating or spectators during training must be under the constant supervision and responsibility of their parents.
