Refund policy - training cancellation

To cancel or reschedulea throwing initiation training (group or individual), please contact us at least 3 days before the session. Cancellation between 48 hours and the start of the session or no-show: 50% of the session price will be charged.

To cancel or reschedulea technical river training , please contact us at least 4 days before the session. Cancellation between 72 hours and the start of the session or no-show: 100% of the session price will be charged.

The participant agrees to sign a waiver of liability regarding any equipment breakage or accident for which he/she may hold the organizer responsible.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the session in the event of weather risk (storm, wind, risk of flooding, etc.) in order to maintain the activity in safe conditions.
