Delivery of products

We can deliver our products in the province of Quebec and on request in other provinces of Canada.

Rates and delivery times vary depending on the type of products ordered, the delivery address and the delivery method chosen: the applicable rates and delivery times will be communicated to you before confirming your order and may change without notice.

Orders are prepared by us and unfortunately an error can slip in. If you notice that a product does not match, contact our team via our contact form. Tell us your name, order number and details, photos can help us to better understand and intervene as quickly as possible. We will contact you within 24 hours maximum in order to help you as quickly as possible.

Refund and Return Policy


To exercise your return request, you must notify us of your decision by mail to the following address: Salmo Nico 115-3385 boulevard Père Lelièvre Québec G1P4B1 QC Canada or by e-mail to salmonico.qc@gmail.com within the time limit. If you contact us by e-mail, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal (preferred).

You have 15 days to return a product, you must return it as soon as possible, in any case within 15 days of notification. Upon receipt of the product, we will proceed to a full refund within 15 days.

Free returns on all orders for VIP customers (from $250 of purchase, the member automatically becomes VIP)

All Salmo Nico VIP customers benefit from free returns on all orders regardless of the product except final sale, and a full refund.

Return of products under certain conditions: Orders containing fishing flies may be returned. However, transport remains the responsibility of the consumer.

Orders with products on sale may be returned and refunded but shipping remains the responsibility of the consumer except for items with the mention final sale in the product description or on clearance at 51% or more, these are neither exchangeable nor refundable. In the event of a return, they will not be refunded or sent back.

On your part, you must return the goods you purchased to the merchant in the condition in which you received them in their original packaging and with the purchase invoice.

Product Warranty

Return of a defective product: For defective products, Salmo Nico applies the warranty and undertakes to take back the product free of charge following a rigorous check with the customer via email, that the product has a defect. Note that no shipping costs will be credited or refunded following the receipt of a defective product without prior validation by Salmo Nico before sending by the customer. Products purchased with the clearance mention are no longer covered under our warranty. These products are therefore non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
